The Workforce Hub helps co-ordinate workforce development, training and resources for primary care teams across the Northern Region, bringing together learners, practices and PHOs.

Primary care is a career worth building. We work with people at every stage: the professional new to practices starting strong, the nurse expanding their scope, the practice manager growing a team, or the experienced GP learning something new. Every one of them should be able to see where they go next.

Our goal is to support a strong, thriving primary care workforce by making development easy for professionals and practical for practices and PHOs.
