  • Cookies are small files your browser holds so we recognise you next time. No cookie identifies you personally. You can delete or block them in your browser settings. We mainly use them to see how people use the site so we can make it better.

  • Google Analytics is used to track overall visitor numbers, not individuals. We don't control their cookies; check Google's own privacy policy if you want the detail.

  • Log data collects your IP address, time of visit, pages viewed, browser type. Used in aggregate, not to identify you.

Information from the enquiry form and the funding application form ask for your name, contact details, professional registration details, and your practice or organisation's details, plus information about the funding or programme you're applying for. Some forms ask optional demographic questions (gender, age range, ethnicity) for equity reporting. 

Disclosure to Third parties
We never sell or rent your data. We may share it with trusted third parties only to: assess a funding application (for example, sharing relevant details with the assessment panel or Health New Zealand where a funding agreement requires it), meet a legal requirement, or protect our rights, safety, or people.

Any third party we use has to handle your information securely and only for the purpose we gave it to them.
